FANTASIE MINOR

Fonderie Limone – Small Hall
23 September 2026, 7:30 PM and 10:15 PM

In Fantasie Minor, Marco da Silva Ferreira reimagines Franz Schubert’s Fantasia in F minor for piano four hands through an electronic lens, blending house, hip-hop, dancehall, and classical influences. Performed by two young dancers engaged in a dynamic and complicit duet, t he work channels the choreographer’s club-rooted, self-taught energy. Their intertwined movements transcend stylistic boundaries, creating an intense contemporary experience that celebrates the freedom of gesture and the dialogue between classical music and urban dance.
