JUNGLE BOOK REIMAGINED

Fonderie Limone – Great Hall | 6 and 7 October 2023 h. 8.45 pm

Akram Khan COMPANY

In Jungle Book reimagined, Akram Khan takes on a masterpiece of English literature, Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book. The common ground between species, the interdependence between man and nature and the desire to belong are the main themes of this work, in which the British-Bangladeshi choreographer provides further insights into the themes of communion between peoples, the connection between man and nature and the celebration of shared culture.
