For this new creation, Rachid Ouramdane seeks to highlight what nourishes the imagination of movement, continuing his exploration of aerial gesture. Ten diverse performers, each with a refined physical language, come together to weave their individual vocabularies into a new shared expression situated at the crossroads of dance and flight. On a bare stage — at times sculpted by light, at others revealing images projected through mist — the choreography evokes childhood and ageing through elements that mark the passing of time.
