Created for Shechter II, the youth company led by Hofesh Shechter, In the Brain draws inspiration from Cave, originally developed for the Martha Graham Company in 2022. The work offers an intense immersion into movement, rhythm, and collective energy, where narrative and identity dissolve into pure physical presence. Blending elements of rave and ritual, the dancers generate a powerful groove that draws the audience into a visceral and transformative experience.
